As we head towards Christmas, we just wanted to say a huge thank you.

Whether you’ve ordered once, ordered lots, shared us with friends, or stopped by for a chat at a show — supporting a small, family-run business like ours genuinely means the world.

If you’re still planning a Christmas order, here’s everything you need to know about delivery timings ?

Christmas delivery timings

To receive your Cool Horse Socks in time for Christmas:

• Order by: 3pm on Friday 19th December

• UK orders

• Orders placed after this time will be dispatched from Monday 5th January 2026, once we’re back after the Christmas break

Orders are still very welcome after the cut-off — we just pause dispatch while we take a short Christmas break.

Ordering after the cut-off

If you place an order after 3pm on the 19th:

• Your order will be securely held

• It will be dispatched from 5th January 2026

• Perfect for a post-Christmas treat or a fresh pair for the winter months
